Water once every 10 to 14 days or when the compost has dried out. Too much water will rot the plant. Feed during the growing season of spring to autumn. Once every two weeks is sufficient with some general purpose plant food.

Good to know

Epipremnums grow in tropical environments so like it to be slightly shady. Bright but indirect light is good, but they will also be fine is a slightly darker part of the room.

These grow fast in the summer so ensure you put it somewhere it has space to grow. If it gets too long you can cut the vines and propogate new plants easily.

They like humidity so these are good for kitchens or bathrooms. If situated in a dryer room mist daily or get a humidifier.

Our plant pots

This plant is grown in a fabric plant pot.  These pots allow the roots to breath within the soil properly, create a better root structure and hold the moisture from watering for longer. This means a healthier plant.

Fabric pots are much taller than a standard nursery pot but not as wide by literage.  They are quite nice to look at compared to a plastic pot which means that you can choose to keep your plant in the fabric pot if you like but you will need a large saucer underneath it. If you wish to repot you plant into a plastic pot to put in a more decorativve outer pot this can be done at any time of the year but you will need to choose a pot of the same size as the label on the fabric pot as you cannot go by the width of the fabric pot in comparison to plastic.

When watering, be aware that water will seep from all sides of the fabric pot rather than just the bottom like a plastic pot, so either have a large saucer to catch the water or place the plant in a sink first and allow the water to drain before putting back on its saucer.

The fabric pots can be washed and reused many many times.
