Twickel Purple is a compact but larger version of our native English Lavender. Its flowers are highly scented and are produced down the stem rather than as a full flower head like french lavender.

Product Specification
Lavenders are mediterranan plants so prefer well drained, sandy or gritty soil. Drought tolerant, they like full sun
Pruning is necessary once the flowers have died back but do not cut into the woody stems as these will not produced new growth. Simply prune back the old flower stems to the top of the leaf growth. Cut back old woody growth that has not produced new growth to the ground
Do not overwater
Fully hardy
Growth to top of flower spike up to 1m and up to 1m in width.
Supplied in a 9cm nursery pot.
