Native to Asia and Australiam, this miniature version of the popular fountain grass, little bunny is a dward ornamental grass. It produces cream-colored, tufted seed heads above a clump of dark green foliage.  

This ornamental grass grows best in rich, well-drained soil and full sun to light shade. It does not tolerate wet soil. Leave foliage standing through winter if desired, but cut back before new growth appears in spring.

The grass is ideal for rock gardens, borders, small perennial beds, and containers. The ribbon-shaped leaves are dark green throughout the growing season and turn russet gold in the autumn. The foliage remains intact all winter long, which lends structure and texture to the garden during the winter
